Dana is a real estate agent at Compass. She is based in Malibu and specializes in residential real estate in the Malibu, West Valley & Coastal areas. With over 25 years of sales and business experience, Dana utilizes the experience and expertise she built from the ground up to establish personal relationships with her clients, understand their needs and deliver success aligned to their objectives. 

Rossi was born and grew up in Philadelphia, PA. In 1996, she moved to California to study graphic design at Loyola Marymount University, where she developed her interests and passion for working in women’s fashion retail. Dana later founded, and operated as the sole proprietor, a niche women’s clothing boutique in downtown Santa Monica. Dana’s business success can be attributed to her warm personality, engaging enthusiasm and unrelenting drive to deliver excellent service and guarantee client satisfaction. Her clients always value her positive energy along with her keen ability to listen, understand and accommodate. Dana’s ultimate objective is to be a valued real estate agent delivering client satisfaction with style and panache! In her spare time, Dana enjoys hiking, kayaking, pilates and the Malibu lifestyle. Dana also takes pride in her involvement with non-profit works, such as the AIDS Walk Los Angeles and Camp Del Corazon.
